Our Platform facilitates connections between Coaches and Clients for professional coaching services. We provide:

• Maintain appropriate professional qualifications and certifications
• Provide accurate information about qualifications, experience, and services
• Deliver services professionally and ethically
• Comply with all applicable professional standards and codes of conduct

• Honor scheduled appointments and bookings
• Provide services as described in their offerings
• Maintain client confidentiality (subject to legal requirements)
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Clients

• Ensure all profile content is accurate and not misleading
• Own or have rights to all content uploaded to the Platform
• Not make false or unsubstantiated claims about services or results

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking
• Update information as necessary for service delivery

• Treat Coaches with respect and professionalism
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Pay for services as agreed

• Clients may book services according to Coach availability
• Bookings are subject to Coach confirmation
• All bookings are final upon confirmation and payment

• Cancellations must be made according to individual Coach policies
• Platform cancellation fees may apply
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• We use third-party payment processors (including Stripe) to handle transactions
• You agree to provide accurate payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for services purchased

• We charge service fees for use of the Platform
• Fees are clearly disclosed before purchase
• We reserve the right to modify fees with notice

• Coaches set their own pricing for services
• We facilitate payment collection and disbursement
• Coaches are responsible for their own taxes and financial obligations

We own all rights to the Platform and its original content, features, and functionality. Our Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform.

You may not:

• Use our Platform for any illegal purpose
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• Coaches and Clients may exchange personal information during service delivery
• Each party is responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws

We do not provide professional coaching, medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. The Platform facilitates connections between independent service providers and clients.

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally.

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
